These Terms of Service govern your use of IMJuice, provided by Cyber Controller Inc.
1. Service Description
IMJuice provides tools and guidance for Google Maps citation building and GBP optimization. Citations are performed manually by you using our platform (except Done-For-You services).
2. Subscription Terms
- Pre-paid, month-to-month, no contracts
- Cancel anytime — no refunds for current period
- Auto-billing unless cancelled
3. Pricing
- DIY Starter: $48/month
- Growth: $78/month
- Done For You: $199/month
4. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information. Use service for legitimate business purposes only.
5. Ownership of Work
All work completed is 100% yours. If you cancel, nothing is removed or changed — your work is simply handed over.
6. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, approval of all submissions, or specific timeframes for improvements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Arizona law.
