Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting IMJuice.com, creating an account, buying a subscription, requesting an audit, using our tools, hiring us for services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IMJuice services.

2. Who Provides the Services

IMJuice is a brand operated by Cyber Controller LLC. IMJuice provides local SEO, citation management, Google Business Profile support, NAP consistency support, AI search visibility support, website review, and related digital marketing services.

3. Services We Provide

Depending on your plan or engagement, IMJuice services may include:

• DIY citation task lists, citation tracking, and local visibility workflows.
• Done-for-you citation audits, citation building, NAP cleanup, and directory submission support.
• Google Business Profile review, local ranking opportunity reports, and Maps trust recommendations.
• Website review, local SEO content review, schema recommendations, and AI search visibility support.
• Consulting, implementation support, reporting, outreach, automation, and related marketing services.

Third-party platforms, directories, search engines, AI systems, and map providers control their own acceptance rules, display rules, ranking systems, data refresh timelines, and account policies.

4. No Ranking or Revenue Guarantee

IMJuice works to improve local visibility foundations, citation consistency, topical relevance, and trust signals. We do not guarantee a specific Google Maps ranking, organic search ranking, AI answer placement, traffic volume, lead volume, revenue result, review count, directory approval, or timeline. Search engines, AI platforms, competitors, market demand, third-party sites, and customer behavior are outside our control.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information. This includes your business name, address, phone number, website, categories, service areas, business hours, descriptions, photos, license details, and any other information used in listings or campaigns.

• You must have the right to submit, edit, or authorize use of the business information you provide.
• You must not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or deceptive information.
• You are responsible for reviewing reports, approvals, listing claims, and recommendations before acting on them.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google Business Profile, website, domain, email, payment method, and third-party accounts.

6. Accounts, Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some services are sold as subscriptions, one-time projects, consultations, or custom engagements. Prices, billing intervals, and included work are shown at checkout, in your invoice, or in the written offer provided to you.

• Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, add-ons, and usage charges.
• You may cancel a subscription going forward, but cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period.
• Unless a written agreement says otherwise, setup fees, completed work, reports, audits, consultations, and digital deliverables are non-refundable.
• We may suspend or terminate service for failed payment, chargebacks, misuse, inaccurate information, or violation of these terms.

7. SMS Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from IMJuice, you consent to receive text messages from IMJuice at the phone number you provide. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment coordination, customer support, service follow-up, and account updates.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact internetmarketingwebmaster@gmail.com or (623) 255-4088.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide your own phone number and to notify us if your number changes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IMJuice services to submit unlawful content, impersonate another business, manipulate reviews, violate platform policies, send spam, harvest data illegally, infringe intellectual property, interfere with our systems, or engage in deceptive marketing. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service when we believe a request is risky, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or likely to violate a third-party platform rule.

9. Third-Party Platforms

IMJuice may interact with third-party services such as Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, social platforms, GPS providers, directories, payment processors, hosting providers, messaging providers, CRM tools, analytics providers, and AI platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, denials, suspensions, policy changes, data delays, display choices, or ranking decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The IMJuice website, software workflows, reports, designs, templates, copy, processes, training materials, checklists, and branding are owned by Cyber Controller LLC or its licensors. You may use deliverables we provide to you for your own business, but you may not resell, copy, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute IMJuice systems or materials unless we give written permission.

11. Client Content and Permission to Use It

You retain ownership of business information, logos, photos, website content, and other materials you provide. You grant us permission to use that information as needed to perform services, create reports, submit listings, communicate with platforms, and show you relevant recommendations. You represent that you have the right to provide this content to us.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the IMJuice Privacy Policy. By using IMJuice, you agree to that policy.

13. Disclaimers

IMJuice services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accepted by every platform, or produce a specific marketing result. Local SEO, citation building, maps visibility, AI visibility, and website performance depend on many factors outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cyber Controller LLC, IMJuice, and their owners, team members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid to IMJuice for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Controller LLC and IMJuice from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your information, your content, your business practices, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or platform policies.

16. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update services, pricing, features, workflows, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of IMJuice after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise.
